I have seen two predators, been on both, and raced one.

That is nice. Ha
Has anyone seen the silencer on that thing?
It looks like the old Polaris one's were it is a big barrel with a bent tube coming out of the end. I can tell you right now, It is going to be a big disappointment

you guys are dumb why not pull your heads out of your asses and wait and see. maybe it is going to be a great new racing quad that all the pros will want to ride and maybe it won't. it surely can't be any worse then the ds650 or raptor. every one was happy to see bombardier and yamaha come out with new sport machines, not that the reviews on either machine were great in comparison to the 400ex but still you went out and bought one. so just shut up and stop trying to suppress the jelous emotions your feeling because your expensive heavy machine is no longer the newest.

just be happy and ride your machine

Ohh ya it cant be worse then the ds or the raptor?
Yes, it can, The ds is one of the most powerful and reliable machines out right now. And I think the raptor is has great power, dont know about reliability dont own one.
Have you seen some of the crap they are posting on the predator site.
The dyno graph, wow that is not even close to real.
It says a 400 ex has better holeshot then raptor, and that the raptor can only do 71 mph, thats not even close.

Here is what I meant to finish on Friday night.
The Predator is a nice bike, but it is not what the Reps claim it to be. They told us it was faster than a stock banshee and had taken anything they had dragged. Well I had a stock (2day old, staight from the dealer) banshee to compare it with. The banshee of course ripped it up as did the jetted and piped raptor. When compared the banshee had stock tires and went against the one with stock tires and the Raptor and the other Predator both had Haulers. I don't even want to tell you what my Zilla did to it. They did let us get on, start and rev, shift through gears, etc as long as we didn't go over a foot or so. It seemed to be a nice bike, and it may be like the Z400 and have the top end. It was a crisp throttle and a nice suspension. I am 300+ and it felt good and didn't "bounce" like many bikes do when I shifted weight. It was a well balanced bike, and I think it could take some harsh jumps. The seat wasn't bad, but I thought it was different than what is in the promo pictures. That just means my memory is fading, so I have to break out the photo's I took. I think time will tell, but most of us put our money on Polaris. We were hoping KTM until we asked some other questions. I think you can rule out Suzuki, Artic Cat, Yamaha, Honda, Bombardier, and Cannondale. I am not familiar with Kawasaki, but I would say them and Polaris are the toss ups. Either way we win! A new toy to play with, race, and compare our bikes against. I think this bike will fall in for someone who doesn't want a 400, but isn't quite ready for a 660. If you have any questions let them fly.

I almost forgot. The plates on the Reps truck and trailer were from Minn. Now if I am not mistaken, that seems to be where Polaris is located. Oh and I looked at my pics and the seat had a red coat wrapped around the back. I thought it looked wider in back, but that was the only reason.

Yes, Polaris does have there company in Minnesota, I am not the biggest Polaris fan but I think one of these days I am going to go up there and take a tour. It would be interesting to see the production line, and other things.
