It would all depend on a lot of factors: rider skill, rider weight, machine mods. A new CR125 which produces I believe 32hp and weighs 193lbs. compared to a Banshee that has 39hp and weighs 402lbs. It looks like the CR has the advantage, but it depends on the gearing. Some people change the gearing on the CR to give it more low end which in turn robs it of its top speed. Of course another critical factor is what mods have been done to both machines. I personally think that the CR would win if it was a short race, but if it had distance then the 'shee would win.

Im with Drip, the longer the race, the better the bansee will fare. Ive raced a few 125's and they always beat me to the first corner, but if we dragrace like 300 feet, i could get around em.. Now that I have a 420 in my banshee, I get to play ( and win) against CR 500's OH YEA!!!!!
