I have ridden one and they are fast,(but i didnt get to go real fast on it ) they are fun to drive even for an automatic.they can wheelie for good distances if you get to the balance point on it.

For you people that have rode one and have also rode a bike with a clutch. Which would you rather have.
I don't know if i could go without a clutch.

I have both a KFX700 & 400 and for me it depends on what type of riding I am doing. If I am riding at the Dunes or any other large open riding areas, I like the 400 with the Manual Clutch. I like the ability to leave it in a certain gear and play with the throttle, allowing me to make it do what I want it too. If I am riding Trails, with a lot of technical sections and hills, there is NO question that the 700 with the Auto is the way to go. It is always spot on, and you can concentrate on the riding environment.

I get a kick out of the whole "Real Men shift." BS. First off, I am not trying to impress anyone, second, it doesn't take a genius to realize that doing it the easiest way possible doesn't make you less of a Man, it makes you a SMARTER Man. The fact is that the Auto, coupled with gobs of Torque, make the 700 a very Fun, Easy to ride Sport Quad for both experienced as well as inexperienced riders. I'm not exactly sure why that is a Bad thing, but to each his or her own.

Hope that answers your question? Sorry about the Rant.

Well for me myself, i would rather have a clutch over anything, For me if it doesnt have a clutch on it, i wont bother with it, but this i liked pretty well, But i cant say i liked it better than a clutch, maybe its just me.d

well i haven't had the chance yet to ride a v force. i will as soon as i get a chance but i love the abiltity to use a clutch. i think using a auto. would be helpful in some spots. Especially trails were some are very narrow and it takes lots of skill to fly between trees.

Weight does hinder the performance of the big V in the sand but I think we need a bigge paddle tire now, I have heard reports of people using a bigger paddle tire and they do very well, smaller paddle tires are just spinning down. A guy on this forum runs 25" paddles on his P650, now slap those on the V and see what happens, its got power to turn them all day no doubt but it might hinder the top speed but the take off should be alot better. Someone try big paddles and see what happens.

V's at the dunes have problems without the correct paddles. You can't just get any paddle. I called skat trak and they said they are developing a new tire just for the V. THey are doing that cause they dont think they make a good paddle for the V's weight/torque specs. I think with the correct paddle and some pipes the v would be great in the sand. I hope they make something like 23"x12.5" that seems about right to me. For now, I've still got my knobbies.

I love my new VForce! I just finished the break in, and it runs great! I am ready to unleash the power! I have to say that I much prefer the Automatic. Just hang on tight if you let off the gas at over 20 MPH! That's my only beef. It's really a blast to ride.
