300EX- This would be my first choice.
z250- I would choose this if I didn't want to deal with a clutch and wanted more clearance.
tb 330- Would use for more of a work quad.

I agree with coyotechaser's order. I also would consider a yamaha warrior more power and speed than any of these three and has quite a few mods available. Yamaha blasters are pretty good and inexpensive also. The banshee is the just a 350 but it's way more bike than any of these and more than a lot that are 100cc's more than it is. It's also a lot higher priced than the others.

 

ive herd about yamaha worriors wat makes them good how many cc.
