Default Air Filter

Is jetting required if the only mod is a free flow filter?

How about a slip on pipe?

This is for a Z400

Thanks

Default Air Filter

If you modify the intake, yes. If you remove the snorkle baffle, or the entire snorkel, or airbox lid or put holes in the lid, then you will need to rejet. But, if you leave these alone, and put on a pipe and new filter, you can get away without it. But going to a 135 main wouldn't hurt.

I have to laugh when I see Zs with pipes and stock intake and they run like crap because they stuck a 170 main or something like that in...
