the blaster wouldn't be much competition to the z...it's tru that 2 strokes show better power increases than 4 strokes, but by the time you modded up that little 200cc blaster, you could've bought another blaster and had two...LOL....i've had mine about 3 months and i really love it...i put the full yoshi comp exhaust with prodesign filter and this thing hauls @$$ :-) the only problem i have is the plastic...eventually everything starts coming apart by itself...everything is slotted and fitted to be a nice fit and finish...just expect this...as far as frame cracks and all that, i have jump mine no more than 6 feet with no problems....enjoy

Depends which one your talking about, if your talking about the Z250 then the Blaster would probably be better on a flat track, but if your talking about the Z400 then I would expect it to win.

Blaster over the Z250 but Blaster versus a Z400.........................? thats a comparison??? YEAH RIGHT!, maybe if the Blaster was modded quite a bit and the Z stock.

I hope the hell, you know he's talking about the ltz250 because if you think blaster over ltz400 then you've got 785 posts I would question whether they're valid or not. I'm sure you know he's talking 250 cause they're in kind of the same class, except the blaster is a two-stroke. Blaster over z250 by a couple of quads or about 3 or 4mph topend.

i had a 2000 blaster FMF pipe, K&N Jet Kit, Filter, Vented Air Box, and a Reed spacer.

I thought this thing ran great, i bought the z400 and me and my dad lined them up(he is a good rider) and he couldn't get anywhere near me anywhere..it was pretty funny, my bike wasn't even broken in yet.
