I think Ill wait for a new axel and a arms. I might be getting Works shocks, would they still work with Burgard a arms if I get them later down the road? Thanks.

Default Dura Blue Wheel Spacers

The wheel spacers dont line up at all, they are a pain in the but to balance out when installing. Their tech support girl told me to spin the wheel and make adjustments as needed. I was spining my wheels all day long and still couldnt get them balanced out. I went ahead purchased the sand-sports which is mo better, They are made of billet aluminum and just bolt right up with ease.

Do the shocks and A-arms at the same time , I have heard that if you put the works on your stock length arms then go to extended arms it will mess the shocks up , dont know if its true but thats just what I have read some where

I heard you just need to revalve the shocks, change compression, stuff like that. If I dont get teh Works shocks, Ill just wait a while and save for some Burgards and Elkas.

I think you can get the Burgards +2 a-arms , Elkas with piggy backs , and the brake lines for under 1300 .from Burgards

You can get shocks now but if/when you get a-arms, you will need to have them revalved and resprung.

The longer the a-arms are, the more leverage you're putting on them and the "slower" they will travel for a given bump.

A good set of shocks will benefiet you greatly even if you are only running the stock a-arms.

I have occasionally run wheel spacers. They are a nice option when you want to (temporarily) widen the bike for dunes or desert, then pull them off and have a bike that will still be narrow enough for trail riding.

I do NOT recommend the DuraBlue!! I had a set on a Blaster once years ago, and didn't like them. I HIGHLY recommend Sand Sport spacers!! See- www.sand-sport.com They are CNC'd aluminum, and VERY NICE.

I have run these on the 400's and the bikes CORNER LIKE THEY ARE ON RAILS! NO BUMP STEER OR ANY OTHER PROBLEMS AT ALL!! (All the potential problems with a wider front end, are strictly theoretical, and don't make a bit of practical difference.)

Another option is to do the wheels/tires thing. I run ITP rims (wider than stock and with a greater offset) and Holeshot tires (wider than stock). This widens the bike +3.5 in back and +2 in front. A nice compromise between stock and 4" wheel spacers!!
