I noticed the paint on my a-arm mounts was chipping too about 1/4 inch from the welds, but I don't think they are cracking. I have been keeping a close watch on them for about the past month. And no matter how much you yell at the welders about leaving crappy welds, they won't listen. They are robots[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img] and the reason that the metal bends at the welds is b/c when the metal beside welds goes through the heating and cooling process while being welded it weakens, but the weld itself with be very strong.

 

now which quad is a bigger pos my blaster or your z250?

sorry that I have been off the forum the last few days. high school football just started and I haven't had much time to be posting stuff that pisses all off you z250 lovers off. it is sad that yall get so pissed off about the stuff I post here. It's just my opinion. By the way my frame hasn't started cracking anywhere. Do yall really take all the crap i post personal? If so yall are a bunch of pathetic losers that have no life. Roosthrower, damn dude, grow up. Oh wow, there MIGHT be a crack in the frame. It's a first year quad, it might have a few problems that need to be fixed. Your Blaster technology is what 15 years old, and it's still a POS. I would of figured after 15 years Yamaha would of been able to come up with something better than that, or at least made an improvement besides "Bold new graphics."
Why don't you go **** the people off in the Yamaha forum where you belong and leave the Suzuki problems up to the Suzuki people. You don't see me in the Yamaha forum posting crap about your POS Blaster, so dont post crap about my Z250 in the Suzuki forum.
And by the way, you still haven't answered my guestion, have you ridden a Z250 or raced against one yet???????

 

to be somewhat fair with suzuki i will mention the square frame of the 300 ex,that had more cracks than a nut house.

Roosthrower why don't you shut your mouth. I have read many of the things that you have posted, and 75% of them are putting down another quad, not just the Z250, and almost everytime people have told you to knock it off. So grow up a little why don't ya. Do you look for a fight or are you just trying to get people to hate you.
