Ok.. This was just on my mind. Why does the honda 250R have to be so overrated in price to a suzuki LT? A 2 stroke is a 2 stroke? I find a PURE stock 88 for like 4500$ w/rust! Im tired of seeing that! becuase theres LT owners with like everything into it and they could only sale for like 2500$ I dont know if you guys are with me on this one, but i think its an overrated thing! Let me know what you think. And if someone could explain IN GREAT DETAIL! Why is has to be so different in value! THANX!

I have smoked some 250R hondas! not faster in some cases!

 

The Honda 250R is a legend, when a new quad comes out it's compared to the R first. The Honda was designed much better and it costs more simply b/c it's better and people still love to race them b/c they kick *** on a track.

 

Hate to admit it but all those races won on trx250r's is a good indicator. One of the reasons I picked the lt250r is because it cost less. I do just about all types of riding and it suits me just fine. It is no slouch by no means but racers will pick the equipment that gives them the edge. I have been beat by better riders on blasters on practice runs at the local mx track but almost always beat 400ex in drags.
For the regular guy that just likes to play, the Lt is a great quad for the money.
