Getting my wife this quad within 2 weeks. Wonder how powerful it feels. My sis-in-law has an ozark, but wondered how much easier it will be to wheelie, power slide, basically screw around with when I get to ride it. Just wondering, and I know it won't be like the z400, just curios of others opinions. Thanks

 

the z250 is a nice machine..i have 1 and i like the power. it wheelies ok i gues.. tho i havent got ne rally high ones up yet..it powerslides farely well too...iyts just an all around fun machine and i think ur wife would like it

 

The Z250 is very easy to ride. My wife rather ride the 250
the low end power is kind of doggesh compared to my 400 and the suspention seems a little stiff compaired to the 400

get her a blaster. its more fun to ride, faster, and lighter. plus its got a manual clutch.

 

Personally I think the Z250 is a very good sport quad. It does have a sportier feel than the Ozark and it a blast just to goof around on. It is great for trail riding b/c of its shaft drive, good ground clearance, and good suspension. It is stiff, but still not bad at all.

 

zblaster.maybe not everybody wants a to go 1mph hour faster on the blaster or have a manuel clutch or 6 speeds just because you do..maybe some people like to just go out on the trails and have fun with their friends or family

 

I agree with 04Suzuki on that one. The Z250 is a better all around better trail machine than than the Blaster.

 

get your wife the z. it will be a lot easier to ride than that blaster. oh and the blaster is about 3-4 mph faster than the z (blaster is about 57 and the z is about 53-54) but what does a few mph really matter, its not like its that much faster, but if you really need to talk about your top speed get a zilla or banshee modded til you cant mod no more then compare top speeds. the z is a better all around bike than the blaster.

 

yeah i agree with mahnster on that but actually the top spped of a z250..which u may not think is 56mph unless radar guns lie ..its in one of the issues of dirtwheels

 

well i saw in a mag i dont remember what its called but it had a shootout between the blaster, mojave, z250, and 250ex. the 250ex was like 52, the mojave was 55, the blaster was 57, and the z250 was like 53. i dont like to trust any of the mags, i was just sayin what i saw. oh well its not that important, go out, have fun n ride!
