just got done rebuilding the motor and carb.its a 85'lt250r bored 40 over head shaved 20mm fmf fatty pipe with a fmf silencer k@n clamp on filter.in the carb i have tried a 230,240 and 250 main jet and adjusted the air screw also but im getting a slite sputter when i rev the motor.i have done the spark plug test and the plug is a little dark but im also running a 32:1 mix.but like i said it is a slite sputter.am i over looking something or do i need a bigger carb(its stock)any help would be great!!! thanx........

keep messin with ur jetting, i had it happen to my LT230 when i was first breaking it in.
