Default Are the Z's Ok now?

I plan on getting the wife the 04 Z or K depending on the color she wants.. But, I know they had weak frames and axels for a time? Are they all fixed for 04? She not a big jumper but she likes to play and its going to be a trail quad... Just want to make sure before I buy it.

I bought my Z in may and haven't had any frame problems, but have bent the axle. I'm 190 lbs. pounds and have jumped it pretty hard, though. Besides, warranty is covering the axle. Warranty will cover the frame, too if it comes to that. '04 are supposed to be improved, stronger frame and axle. It'll make a great trail bike for the misses.

I would take one if I could afford it now.

If they went to all the trouble to improve the chain tension procedure, I am sure they fixed the frame problem.
