1994 King Quad Wiseco Kit, Valves, K&N Kit
#1
this year was a big change for the old king quad. I have had it since 1994 and have done alot of work on it. I have pretty much fixed the brake problem in the rear and the fronts are much better too. Read my break fixer ideas on the oterh thread.
This summer i have have the motor bored 20 over to make it a 284 cc. I didnt want to go 40 over and make it a 288, i think i would do mor eharm then good. cooling and everything if i shaved that much more off.
I also had the complete valve assembly swapped out, the valves, seats, guides. everything.\
I also purchased the K&N jet kit. filter and jets. I hopeing that should help to.
I havent gotten it back it, the dealer i am dealign with is a shoemaker i think, been stalling me on th ejob. over 5 weeks now.
SO as soon as i get it back, i will give everyone a run down on it. I think it should run like new for another 10 years now.
I have 8000 miles on it, and it was begining to lose comprtession. thats why i did it.
i think the king quad is the best bike you can get. except for the brakes. pulls like a horse. you dsont have to worry abou truining yrou real axle by pulling somehtign too heavy.
keep in touch everyone.
