Hey Archer, All you have to do is remove the stopper pin that keeps the diff. lever from moving forward unless the other lever is in super low.
It's a 15 minute job... If you email ecbaatz, he will send you the instructions for the operation. I used to have it, but it got deleted.
Do you have any pics of your quad? I'd like to see the rack extensions, I never have enough room on my King to carry everything...

I don't have any pics yet but I will after this weekend. My buddy and I are going off on a big ride and I never leave the camera at home. The rack extensions are really nice. The front one goes up about a foot from the main rack and the rear goes up about 10 inches. They only cover 3 sides so you are not restricted like you would be if it was a complete box. They really come in handy for bungeeing coolers and gas cans on for long trail rides. I had made a set of of wooden boxes for my old Honda 300 4x4 but they were a pain in the butt. First I made them too good and they held water. The i drilled drain holes and the next day I hit a tree on a trail run and busted the front one up pretty badly. Little things like a chain saw never sat in there quite right. These Suzuki racks work pretty slick they are made of the same tube steal the main racks are.

Hey Archer, click on the search icon in the top right hand of the screen.. then search for username (ecbaatz) you have to list suzuki as the topic to search in.. then click to view any of his posts, their will be an email icon on his posts. Click it and it will give you his email address.. He's usually very quick to reply and always glad to be helpful... Good Luck....
Send me some pics of those extensions if you don't mind.. I'm thinking of getting some.. I've got a toolbox bolted to the back rack at the moment, but it won't carry everything..

Thanks for that info,Ecbaatz. I'd like to see how it done myself. If it's not too difficult to do, like a complete teardown of the trany, I'll probably try it during the fall season.

Could someone send me the instructions for this mod.? I E-mailed Eric directly, but I'm the impatient type I would be glad to post these on my web page, that would make it easier for others to access, unless someone, namely the originator has some objection. TIA

Completed this mod last night, very simple, but dang tedious. So far, I've only checked to make sure they lock, can't wait to really test it....
