WOW..dirtwheels article on the shootout between the honda a z was horrible i think..the said the 250ex hit a top speed of around 50 and the z was slower...when they did a test of the z they said it hit a top speed of 55..what is this crap..They said they picked the 250ex over the z because the z has notchy shifting and stiffer suspension! is that it!! I just dont believe it

 

It's called Honda PAYS Dirt Wheels more than Suzuki does. So of course they made the Honda sound better. And if you notice the drag race was in sand, which they said earlier in the article the Z250 doesn't do too good in because of its notchy shifting. But w/e. Anybody that has ridden a 250EX and Z250 will know which one is truely the better quad.

 

heck yeah it is in every single way the z250 would stomp the 250ex all around

 

I just got done reading an article in ATV Rider, and they said the exact opposite of Dirt Wheels. The Z250 won their shoot out easily. It stomped on the 250EX. I think after my subscription of DW runs out, I'm switching to a more unbiased mag.

 

wanna line em up? i have a 250ex and i have 2 friends with z 250's i smoked them stock up and down every time i clearly have more power and speed theres NO WAY you guys can sit here and tell me its a better quad because ive tested em hand on and ive rode plenty of bikes in my life and ive rode those prolly more than you ride your own and i know for a fact that the 250 ex stock would rip a z that is jetted and what not
mine isnt stock anymore so come on lets race ill show you some dust (ill even let you hop on a z400 and ill still show you dust!)

-top speed of my bike on the spedO is 83 so suck it up cuz for a 250 you wont find one any faster except for the 250r's

 

There was a review of the z250 by this website and they had lots of good things to say. I believe they stated it had more power than the ex. It should be on the homepage, check it out.

LISTEN, I JUST FOUND THIS OUT! : dirtwheels test drivers are 16 year old girls, and 3 16 year old guys, thats their test drivers. Look in the may dirtwheels, if it was up to me, i wouldnt have a 16 year old girl as a test driver for a magazine that gazillions of people read

This is from last year guys. Dont start it up again. Besides, who cares there both just as good. Ride red or yellow, as long as your riding.
