I saw an lt250r in the paper this week for 999. Rebuilt motor .80 over with 10 hrs. on it. I was going to look at it but was too busy. I wish I had a shot at the zilla w/o the motor. Would be a good start of a great project.

 

There are lots of cheap ones on Ebay. I gave 500$ for my LT500 complete but in very poor condition. Gave 1400$ for a 91 LT250R ready to ride.

I would say between 300 and 500 for shipping, depending on where it is coming from.

 

guy you won't belive this i found a lt230e that needs a new connecting rod 25$new ebay and a clutch

Did i mention i am getting it for 300 bucks anything to look out for as far as problems?

gonna pick it up tomorrow i saw the bike today and the motor is apart it has a weisco piston and alot of parts by nac's racing+ razrs and fast trekker tires

the steering is loose and the rear shock is shot but they are giving me a new 1 the ball joints are good as well as the bushing and bearings..

the plastic is **** and needs the rears replace, comes with the service manule and spare parts.

btw the conrod is good it is the stator thats bad do you even need a stator? headlight works and the pipe is there rusty but there. it needs a new frount brake handle and new frount brake pads.

Pretty sure you need the stator. Thats where your electricity comes from after you start the bike.
