I know they had a problem but my axle snapped like a twig yesterday. I hit a small tree and it broke off. I barely hit the tree and it didn't even slow me down. I have hit many trees with my warrior and nothing like this has happen with the warrior axle. Anybody have this happen? Did Suzuki do anything about it. I have had the atv for about 14 months.

 

I ride my 03 Z pretty hard, lot's of tight trail riding, and have never had any problems with the axle. Come to think about it, i've never heard of anyone having a problem with their axles. Sorry, might just be a lemon axle. Take it back to Suzuki and see what they'll do for you.
