bryant,

Fresh oil in the motor, clean the air filter, stabil in the fuel, battery tender or charge ever so often to prevent form going dead and put some chain lube on the chain to prevent rust.

Mine have all been done.

Spring will be here before you know it

Why put it away? Put some Maxxis 4snow tires on it and ride through the powder! Its some of the best riding there is IMO.
But if you are going to put it away, Chet pretty much said it.

I'm pretty sure they're for 2x4's but you could try them on your Vinson. Call Maxxis or go here

Default done for the season?

i just put mine away sunday, it was 20 degrees out. I changed the oil filter, drained the oil, put fresh stuff in, syphoned the gas out(lot easier then worrying about stabil, and you will have fresh gas in it when you are ready to ride it again the next year), cleaned the filter, took the battery out and keeping it down in my basement, i was gonna take my chain off and soak it in kerosene, but im gonna wait to do that until next spring, when i get it out again.

i would ride it during hte winter, but for me i just dont have the time, i have a job, going to school, and just dont have the time over the winter, so its just alot easier to put it away.
