powervalve assembly woes

Default powervalve assembly woes

im trting to put the powervalve back together on my lt and i dont have a shop manual and i dont want to buy one and i would have no problme putting it together if i was the one taking it apart but i didnt take it apart and was wondering if someone had the page about assemblying a powervalve on there computer and if they would email it to me. my email is tom_18801@lycos.com if anyone could help me i would really apprecaite it.

You may try one of the sites that sell OEM Zuki parts. If you go to the power valve parts, the exploded view may actually be in the order that it goes together in......

well that helpede but i need to know how far to turn the spring tensioner and some other critical info so if someone could scan off the page out of a shop manual and email it to me to tom_18801@lycos.com
i would greatly appreciate it

The manual reads that you turn the spring tensioner 1 full turn counter clockwise.
