I put a yoshi system on and seem to have lost top end speed. Is this normal?

did you rejet, or put on a k&n filter/oil. make sure you pilot screw and main air screw are proper, and run the right jet for your system. i suggest you pick up a kit from k&n or dynojet.

I took it and had it hooked up to a computer at a cycle shop and they said it didn't need jetted. They told me I could jet it if I wanted more torque in low end or top end but it is right in the middle now.

 

Seen this before, try these:

1 Check you clutch, it might be starting to wear.
2 check your air filter, might be clogged
3 did all the packing blow out of the inside? That will make you need to change your jetting.
4 check your plug to see if your jetting is really right.
