LT Won't Start
#1
I have an '87 Lt250 and while riding I wiped out, but it stayed running. I got up and shut it off to regain myself. Then it wouldn't start. Almost like it wasn't getting spark. So I hooked it to my truck and tried bump-starting it. It would fire, but when i gave it gas, it acted like the throttle cable was frozen, but it's not. It would choke, sputter and die. I had this problem a month ago and found it was just an exposed wire. That wire is still intact, and I cannot see any other wiring problems. I just rejetted it as well with a 240 main. Any suggestions? I'm stumped.

hey i would like to say that no suzukis are junk no matter how bad they are. Its the hondas that stink. Suzuki was the best in the 80's and i think they still are.
I have to agree i think it might be the carb.
that happend to my 160 a couple years back when i flipped it. Hope you get it runnin.

200exta,
I believe you are the smartest man alive---Not!!!!!!!! The next time you need a hand while you are out riding I hope some one gives you the help you deserve! As for the suzuki being junk i invite you to come out and ride with me, it will be a quite funny when a piece of junk as you call it walks all over you. Every one else enjoy your ride no matter what kind it is. Freddie glad you got her running again. See ya in the woods.
