Plastic is pretty light, so I think your body will probably be able to get rid if it pretty efficiently. The cilia in your trachea will move it up to your throat and you will either spit it up or swallow it. Probably not as bad as the dust you constantly breathe out on the trail!!

nice nice. Ill get some pics of the plastic on tomarrow. Im not sure that it is how it will look when i am done i kind of dicked around and i have a little bit of finishing sanding to do but the plastic is far from gem condition to begin with so its not that big a deal. Im gonna get some plastic renu stuff i saw one type in dirtwheels where you sand the plastic with sandpaper and then apply the stuff. anybody have any sugestions?

My neighbors dog ate the asbestos lining off his water pipes and drank a jug of bleach and it did not kill him, so I don't think a little plastic will kill you, but come to think of it that dog did act mighty strange after words, could of been the plastic jug the bleach was in he did eat most of it.
Hey Kruzoffman, hows the weather down that way, I was hanging sheetrock out in Palmer today and it was 25 below and the heater in the house we working on quit working. Ah, a real winter, have not seen one of those in awhile. AlaskaBoy.

Not to tell you how to do something, but you can use a grease pencil (or marker) to draw out your cut line. Then take a regular set of tin snips and follow just on the outside of your line. Take a block of wood w/ some pretty course sandpaper, or you can use a rough cut file first, and work into a smooth shape. You can even have a garden hose handy to wet things down and keep the dust down. Work the final edge smooth with some slightly finer sandpaper.

I wear a dust mask when I ride on the trails. If I breathed in all that dust, I'd be sick with sinus infections for a week.

I remember at one of the Kawsaki press intros the dust was so bad I could have sold those masks for $10 each!
