Has anyone heard anything solid about what Suzuki plans on doing for the 2005 Z? I'm looking to buy now, but if they would push the rev limit up from the factory, and make this thing a little more competetive with the current lineup, I'd be willing to wait a little longer. When will the 2005's come out?

 

Sukuki sponsered Doug Gust said the 05 will be the competative verson of the Z450. weather or not it comes out as an early 05 or not is the question. somewhere i herd look for it between july to october. i cant remember where. but in dirtwheels doug comments that the 05 will be more competative with the Y and R

 

Is that in the February issue of DW?

 

The Z450 won't be out for at least a year maybe two since their new 450 dirtbike is not out yet. I'm not positive about the dirtbike but I think its coming out either this spring or summer. As for info on the 05 Z400, you should talk to fourlix as he has some info. on what Suzuki plans to change on the Z400.
