I have a 85 suzuki 230s(mods below)and Im almost done putting it together and Im wondering what the correct jetting is?

I'm confused--you say you have a jet kit; what's your question about jetting again?

Im getting new jets today so when I changed my signiture I put it on because I have to get them and made my life alittle easier

Stock jetting outghta be pretty close, given the few and conservative modifications you've made. Maybe a step richer main. Only a plug reading tells the tale.

Your signature doesn't specify how high compression the Wiseco piston rates, I assume "bored 1 over" means first overbore, might be + .030", itself marginally raising compression.

Your approach sounds good; you've increased performance potential and wound up without promising reliability, resulting in more fun and pleasure riding your quad. Enjoy!
