Hey guys! Got my 1992 King Quad project done, but now got some idle problems when engine warms up. Starts always from first push of a start button and idles like it should, but when i cruise around little so the engine warms up it dies when i idle. When idleling after driving it tries to run in idle but dies soon after When i give it a little choke it wonīt die and starts to rev. Then some times when idleling it runs fine, but mostly it dies. I donīt know all the settings iīd need to setup the carb, only thing i know howto adjust are the jet needle and pilot screw i think. Havenīt done anything yet becorse Iīm not sure what the broblem is. So if you guys know what to do to it let me know aight.

CHECK YOUR CARB BOOT. MAKE SURE ITS TIGHT, AND NO CRACKS IN IT. I HAD A CRACKED BOOT ON MY WOLVERINE. IT TOOK AWILE TO FIND IT. SOMETIMES IT WOULD RUN GOOD AND SOMETIMES LIKE CRAP.

 

[img]i/expressions/face-icon-small-smile.gif[/img]check your fuel petcock vaccum line if there is fuel in it after you run it for a few minutes your petcock is bad this is a normal problem with the lt4wdx and the lt4wd

 

Thanks guys! Will check the vacuum line, Iīve been thinking about it, but didnīt know what to inspect in it. Thanks again.
