need opinion on this top end kit

Its on ebay. Has any used one of these kits? Are they complete? Do I need to know anything else?

Not that i am not a huge fan of ebay, cause i am, but rockymountainatv.com has teh kits for relively the same price but you know who your buying from and can return it if there is a problem.
