Default engine cases carb? 92 lt

Whats up guys, working on my winter rebuild on my 92 lt.
after 12 years its been torn down to the engine cases.
glass beaded the cases in prep for the new crank ,bearings and seals.
My question isI want to paint the cases and cant find the right info on what kind of paint?
hi temp?
aluminum primer/,original suzuki blue didn,t have primer?
If i prime the aluminum and hi temp paint them will this hold in to much heat?
Same question for the cylinder?
I want to disapate heat not hold it in.
Any help or input would be GREATLY APPRECIATED.
Also going with the delta 2 reed cage and dont know if i should bump up to a bigger carb?
I ride in new jeresy where theres alot of mud and water in the woods, so i aint takin the lid off the air box! but how much would i really gain with a say 36 kehin or something without more air?
Any way pics comin soon powdercoated frame +_ 1 a- arms works dual rate up front and more goodies coming.
