Default Zilla chain and slider F'ed up

I got a TM designworks chain slider and had the swingarm off, follow the service manual took it all apart put it all back together and ahmen great. Chain was at same play as before so it hops off, my slider is cracked up front where the chain doesnt even touch it and my chain is crammed up between the shifter and whatever is above it so Im really in a greeeat mood. figured id see what you all have to say about my situation.

haha yea sorry i was really poed I spent the whole day taking the swingarm off and putting it back on with the slider. It is cracked right up front. I have the top roller i was looking at it today and it looks like the roller below the chain isnt there. The slider looks almost melted more than cracked right up front Ill get a pic posted tomarrow of it. As to the chain i think i know how to ajust it. I think the swingarm is a bit messed up. The two bolts on the rear, the one on your left when you stand at the back of the quad like wiggles around like it isnt attached to anything behind that plate while the right one is tight. I loosened the two bolts on top with the knotches next to them and kicked the tire to push that side back to match the other one and tightened it up really good but after like a minute it had slidden back foward again. The thing is I rode it with it ajusted the same for a few days without the chain slider with no incident what soever. Ill get some pics up tomarrow so you can see what im talkin about they speak 1000 words

Chain adjustment-> CLICK HERE FOR A LOOK
Loosen up the the four large bolts.
The two studs sticking out of the back must be tightly screwed into the axle bearing carrier. It sounds like one of yours is loose or stripped. lets hope its not stripped
You will notice that these studs have 2 nuts on then.
loosen the top ones.
Now tighten the others ,this will draw back the axle bearing housing ,which in turn will tighten your chain.
Make sure your axle is lined up.
Now tighten the other nuts, to lock them in place.
Now tighten everything else back up.
But new chain rollers if yours are beat to hell. This will stop some of the chan slap. this might be the cause of you breaking the TM design slider. They are usually indestructable.
Good luck

CT

If you are talkin about the adjuster bolts, the long ones with double nuts, and the holes being stripped its an easy fix. Tap it out w/ 1/4-20, and replace the hardware. You need those to work to keep the axle strait, remember "square"?

lets see those pics.......

CTATV, You wont need a new swing arm....that has nothing to do with it...heheh .
do what 2StrOkeFReaK said. Tap it out . If that doesnt work you can find a used bearing carrier for cheap on e-bay or
