I have a 39(measures 39.6)mm PWK from DR. I dont know if all PWK's are, but its polished nice and smooth(my 36mm pwk isnt).

you wouldnt be interested in selling that 36 PWK would you?how about trading for a Keihin PJ carb and a lil cash?(ill find out the size this weekend, its eaither a 34mm or 36mm) and a lil cash?

***when jetting do you have to change to a new sparkplug after every new jet you put in to test it?or can you just clean it?

Just clean it. Two strokes aren't as simple to read as a 4-stroke due to the oil. Of course if its got lots of carbon its too rich, and I suppose when they are too lean they get white.

Here is the deal with the 36mm pwk. It came with the quadzilla and is missing a few things(cheap stuff though). Its missing a slide, choke plunger, and the float assembly. I think all this stuff could be had for less than $40 new, so I will sell it to you for $25 shipped.

I could tell you my jetting, but since the altitude and temperatures a probably quite different, it won't do you any good....Those are just as important as the mods!!!
