First off, hello. This is my first post on this message boad. I have a 1986 Suzuki LT250R with a FMF Fatty Pipe, PowerCore Muffler, SpiderTrax Tires, Renthal Bars. I am in the proccess of rebuilding the engine completely, we bougt all new gaskets, Crankcase, Weisco Performance Piston, the whole 9 yds...
Any way, i was wondering how fast this quad is? it has a manual clutch 5 speed, i was wondering what an aprox. Top end for this quad might be, and how it compares in draging, dunes, trails ect. with a 1999 Kawasaki mojave. Any info would be great, or any tips too, Thank you all! Bye.

The quad stock should about 70MPH....at leas thats what mine did. you should run past that mojave pretty easily.

 

Yea, and is a K&N Filter realy a good upgrade? i went to their site and they make one, but i was wondering how much they cost? proboly around 20$ right? Also, do pipes go "bad" from use? Because this pipe was purchased a year or two after the quad, proboly in 90', do you think i should get a new one? is their any other cheap mod's or tip's i can do for more power? ThankS!oh yea, and what about the performance against a relitivly stock 2000 blaster? THanks!

 

Youll destroy a blaster. If the pipe is all banged up and dented you could consider replacing it.
