i have a milled head, ported jug bored .040 over. i am going to use a kehien pwk 38 airstryker carb with it. i was wondering if anyone had a clue on what main and pilot jet to start with? i live in new york, orange county. i just need a reference point so i am not spending a fortune on jets. thanks for any help.

 

Since we can't jet your quad for you, we need a reference point. What carb and jet were you running before.

 

without the proper tools jetting is done by trial and error. there is no getting around buying a few jets. I have the same carb and my jets are only about $3 ea at the local honda dealer. sorry but I jetted mine 2 years ago and haven't had to mess with it since so I don't remember what jets are in there. I do remember that I was real close to what it came with on the main though.
