Point me in the right direction.

Ok, after 11 years of owning my LT250R, the cases will need to be split. Half of the piston broke apart and I only found half of it. The half I did find was lodged between my connecting rod and one of the main bearings, so I'm assuming his little friends are down in the bottom end. Can't hear anything when cranking it by hand, but I'm not about to risk throwing it back together and grenade the bottom end.
Not having the equipment necessary to do this, I need to have the cases split and everything checked out before I rebuild the top end. I could really use a recommendation for a place to have this done that does quality work. Any help would be great.

Listen that lt engine is the simplest thing out there dont be intimidated just pull the head and remove engine get a clymer manual and disasembal both side you will need a flywheel puller but you take the engine to any shop and they will pull it you will also need a screw driver impact remove drive geras and counterbalancer and remove all case bolts and screws also the right hand crankshaft is a lefthanded thread the cases will come apart very easily the transmission is a piece of cake the manual pics will help with reassembly

Rooster, thanks for the vote of confidence. With a lot of shops flat out refusing to work on older bikes now, I think this might be the way to go. I'm actually trying to find a flywheel puller and a grabbit tool to hold the clutch housing in place when I take it off. What was that about impact drivers for splitting the cases? Maybe you can tell me a little more. I'm anxious to get this thing up and running again. Gotta keep those raptor-riding morons egos in check ya know.
