exhaust valve setting???

Hey guys!
What do you guys run your exhaust valve at? Do you run it at the manual spec or do you run it at something different??I've got the 89 lt 250.

exhaust valve setting???

i run mine at the manual spec but i bought new spring seeings guy before me musta spun it counter clock wise in 3 360s lol mines an 87
