Yea.It seems hard to give it just enough gas to keep from going over backwards now.

I was at the store a few minutes ago getting a coke and I hear a wound out sport quad in the distance and this guy flys buy me on a YZF450
wound out going down a main HWY.I was like WTF and followed the guy to see if he was going to some trails near my house but he turned off into a subdivision like 2 miles from the store.
Man anybody that treats a new YZF450 like that it isnt theres.Like doing 80MPH and stomping on the breaks on the pavement.So I didnt bother to stop and talk to the guy.
No way in the world I would kill my presious tires like that and run it wide open for that long of distance.

zbutcher what kind of back tires are those in one of your pic's?

I live in MN, & do a lot of winter riding.

I got the Realter A/T B/C of the tread pattern.

One way thay R for Dirt/hard pack,flip them around you set up for Sand/Snow/mud....

what do you mean? are you talking about the fuel petcock cause i leave mine in the on position when i dont ride it. should i turn it to off or reserve?

he means just dont leave it in the prime position.
