Default almost done!!

i have a few ??'s i have a fmf pipe for my 92lt250r. i took it out, but now it will not fit when i try to reinstall it. the exhaust manifold and the pipe flange do not line up?? has this happened to anyone else? also the rad valve boot for a lt250r and the airbox boot, do not fit on a 38pwk airstryker carb? i have seen people with this setup..how is it done? besided those 2 things, she's ready to go. check out the pics on my page!

LRD does the 38 w/ radvalve. I would contact them to see how its done. I called them a few times and there pretty helpful.
no clue on the exhaust.

Nice work! How come you've got a straight 85-86 style seat?

The pipe issue has got to be something silly that you're over looking. Sit down next to the bike with a cooler and a 12 pack (a six will probably do, but it's best to be prepared) and stare at it until you figure out the problem.

i have a 92 seat also. man, i can't figure it out! it's absurd! i honestly can't believe it won't line up right.

did you turn the exhaust flang or whatever the thing is that the studs actually go through?if you did then it probably wont line up.

that really matters? i think it's the same all the way around. the spring hanger is at like 2:00, if u are looking at the front of the quad. is that right?

my FMF pipe wouldnt fit either...I had to unbolt the exhaust flange off the cylinder, stick in in the pipe, slide the pipe in, then put the flange on. All i know is that my pipe is on and it runs. haha

not sure if it wouuld or not.it seem to only really fit good one way on mine.i was testing it out when i had the cylinder off.
