Default Carb Tuning

My suzuki 230 with its beefy 36mm carb. The Throttle is choppy i believe it to be jeting which jets need changes and any ideas on sizes and where to get them. thx

first you have to tell us where its "choppy"at?0-1/4,1/4-3/4,or 3/4 to full throttle?
have you did a plug chop yet to see what color the plug is?
the typical jet changes are the jet needle,main,and pilot/slow jet.
you can get them through your local dealer.

its choppy through all and the engine only stays running at full throttle.so when i hold it full throttle it jets off then slows then jets off etc...

that 36 may be a bit to big!

Do you think i should just get the stock carb worked. Its just so freakin small looks like a carb off a 80 or 100cc bike lol

only stays running at full throttle has a 30main and is in the 3rd(middle)on the needle. the plug was black
