wow trinity 500 motor?

I have never done it myself but I have seen completed change-overs. It looks like they just make new engine mounting brackets. I would measeur the swing arm/rear engine mount to see if the 250 and 500 cases are the same size. New brackets are no big deal.

It might be worth the $11 bucks to sign up over at macdizzy. There is a thread over there about the 250/500 hybrids. Also I believe DR Q, the resident LT expert is trying to get some people together to have a few pipes made for these hybrids.

Had the Doc posted any new info since the site became pay only? Sure miss the site.... Too bad Rick didn't get sponsors vs charging for something that should have been free.
Sounds like the site has really slowed down to a crawl... if that.
Just curious.

My brother has an LT250 and I have a 500. I can tell you that there is a lot of difference in the size of the frames. The 250 is a lot like the 500 just on smaller scale. It can probably be done but seems like a lot of work, dont know if it would be that much benefit. Just my opinion.
