hey bro put your other carb back on see if it starts . then u will have starting place.

when i changed my main and tried to start it it wouldnt start.it would wet foul the plug.but then i bump started it.ran fine and started fine warm.havnt tried it again cold yet.im gonna bump my pilot down to a 60

Try it without the choke on,it can't hurt to try that.I have a lectron carb way different then the PWK.If it will start without the choke the the piolet jet is too big.

You may need to adjust the air/fuel screw more,then check your idle screw,may need more tuning there.

I'm going to try to pull start it later today. If that doesn't work, the mikuni is going back in there at least for this weekend. The jetting with the mikuni was right on, nice caramel colored plug.

Oops! Too late. But it still wouldn't start. I gave up and yanked the keihin, threw the mikuni back in and she fired right up. I'm gonna tear down the pwk to see whats what.

hey sam what size jets in the mikuni ill try find comparison chart might help might not lol
