Hey all . I bought my LT250s from a kid who didnt have a title. He bought it from someone who also didnt have a title. Is there any way that I can do a title recovery on it, and where do i apply for a lost title in Pennsylvania? (warren pa is where i live)

 

I don’t know how it works in Pennsylvania, but in Fl it would go one of 2 ways. #1 it was never titled and it will be easy to get one #2 it was titled and your only chance is to find who it is titled to and get them to sign it over. I would bet its similar there.

 

okay, but how do you find out if it never had a title or if it did have a title?

 

Here I would take the VIN number to the county tax,tag,title office and see if they will tell me.

 

There is a third choice here; and it's ugly.
The quad is ripped and now you have a hot quad. Better hope and pray you dealt with straight people on this one!!!!
When I hear the "I don't have the title" story I tell the guy, fine, here is my #, when you get a new one give me a call.
