I bought the quad of a friend who put alot of time and money into the bike. The bike was just rebuilt top and bottom end and new shift tube and forks. Total with new works shocks he paid close to $3000. The bike also has $900 in podwercoating. He bought a beat up 500 for $1800 and Dave from East coast ATV put it together for him. he said he had close to 10k invested in the bike that includes the $65 gas cap.
the bike screams and the longer a arms and axle make turning great. My friend now moved on to a new bike which we biult. The TC405 is complete and running strong. The 2 bikes are defentially show stoppers on the east coast. But i can never compare to the dune bikes.
Did you buy a 500?? If so what kind of mods are done to the bike...

Not sure on how long the LT500 took to build. But we completed the TC405 in about one month. waiting for parts just kills time...
