no there are some good people looking out for others aganist this popular scam and drive the price sky high so no one gets riped off and the scammers have to pay ebay fees,they get these quads up to 2million dollars sometimes wonder what the ebay fee is on that much??

ps never ever ever ever buy a quad outside the usa if you cant see it in person 90% of these scams come from romania they always want western union untracable wire transfers i like 2 email back and forth and mess with them.
