im thinking about buying a z but idk wat to offer him its an 02 with some sracths from a roll over and the starter cap is crackedat fell off

I would only offer $3000-3200. I would bet that there is some secondary damage that will show up after some time. Especially being rolled and having parts damaged on the motor. There is a good chance that the steering stem may be bent. It may not be that noticeable now but the seals will wear out after time and will let you know then.

They didn't make them in '02. I paid $3,500 for my stock '03 in absolutely excellent condition.

 

i know for a fact that they were made in 02. i was looking at used ones in my local dealership and i saw an 02. i looked them up and they were infact made in late 02

 

You guys have it easy over there in the US. I baught an 03 z400 that hand been rolled + with one rear fender bracket snaped. I also got nerf bars and that came to £4000.00 Pounds!!!

Also how much do you pay per litre of unleaded. Were on the moment about 82p per litre. Astonishing hey!!!
