I have been chatting with him also and getting the run down on what's involed and I like what I hear.My problem is splitting the case's,I don't have the proper tool's to do that correctly. He did tell me that my Zilla now is the fastest that he has heard of on gas and without the NOS.He also told me that I won't need the NOS after the secret weapon is complete, although I did ask if it would hold up to NOS and he said yes very nicely, can you amagine hitting the button with that mod completed?Man I can't wait!

For sure! Those #'s are pretty dang impressive... I am planning on running NOS when it's complete also, as I'll be competing against some pretty stiff competition. I think the big players will be the sled motor banshee hybrids... guess we'll see.. It'll be pretty funny to watch an old hailed out 250 rust bucket whip up on the big dollar dragsters.
I'm working hard to keep the 250 look as stock as possible... for the sleeper effect.

splitting the cases really isn't all that bad. I don't have any special tools either, I just have a flat bar and some long bolts that I use to pry against the crank and misc points... as long as your careful and not damage any mating surfaces or the end of the crank.... no big deal really.

Doc is the real deal. I've ran his porting this last summer, and its way stronger than my own home brew. I just can't wait to run this motor and see what it will do.

Yeah I agree with the "Sleeper Affect",it worked for me.When you look at it or see a pic of it ,it don't look like anything special, then when your spanking the big dog's and Shee rider's they tend to start looking closely to your quad and that add's a little fear and I just love it,especially when the tank and battery off the NOS is off the quad and they try to smell your exhaust fume's when you ride by to see if your running alky and they find out your not ,well the look on their face's is just too funny.
Another good thing that work's as an intimidator is start adding polished or chrome thing's to it,they see the bling bling and they usually screw up off the line either in a wheelie,or they just go ball's out and start fishtailing and that give's ya a little room to gain ground on them.I like the worried look's I get here in town when I show up with my Zilla,it's like awww crap he showed.Dune,do you have any pic's of those Piston's??
