I think so, especially if your not going to stop modding at a pipe. Eventually, I'll cam, maybe bore, and I want something that'll allow a bigger engine to breath. You can spend that $200 now or later, but eventually, you'll want more power, and it will be spent. If you do get the PC pipe, I think it comes in like three pieces. You can buy the slip for now, and the head and mid pipe later, but you'l end up spending $600-700 by the time you're done. Yes the CT is $500 shipped, but it comes with the jets you need, and it is tunible for engine mods.

If you get a white brothers e-series pipe and rejet, you'll think you're riding a different bike. And yes, slip on pipes are very good.

Screw Dennis Kirk, go with motoman. Check this out:

http://www.moto-man.com/catpages/det...?item_num=@861

White Bros. E-Series slip on pipe, new air filter, and a dynojet kit for $285. Don't get much better than that. I got a similiar deal but I got the headpipe as well for a total of $430. Headpipe retails for $190 retail so it was a great price.

My brother rejetted my bike and put the new exhaust on it. I'll be riding it this entire weekend. I can't wait to feel the difference. I got a pro design pro flow kit too.

The pipe was a very nice sound to it (make sure you use all the discs included). Very throaty but not so loud that it'll get you into trouble.
