Help...New to MODs

I have a 2003 Vinson Auto and am looking to give it the ability to do wheelles. I've never put MODs on a machine so what can get to give it more power/quickness? Where should I start? Thanks.

Exhaust? Where should I look to get one? Also, what kind of performance increase should I expect???

it says it'll give you like 3-5 hp increase
