keep it tight it wont fall off. If its properly adjusted you wont have issues. I have had mine fall off but only when im to lazy to maintain it.

if the chains too loose, don't change the sprockets unless the teeth are worn down. Try taking a link out of the chain.

Dont take a link out of the chain replace it if it has streched to much if you think cutting a link out is the awnser the only awnser you will get is a broke case when the chain breaks because it streched to much. Cutting a link out is a bad idea unless the chain is fairly new.

the chain and both sprockets are both new have like ten hours on them
is it possable for a sprocket to be out of round it seems like when i push it by hand that the chain gets light then loose
axle is straight

if it tight and loose then you chain is junk and needs to be replaced. I have had that happen and it sucks. If you do alot of hard takeoffs or alot of wheelies that can happen, not saying it is what made it do that. is it an o-ring chain. Your next chain try an x-metal chain mine has held up very well so far and my motor has a ton of mods. Just a sugestion might not be the right awnser for you.

I'd pull the rear sprocket off and see if it's bent, just lay it on something flat and see if it wobbles. If the chain is tight then loose, I'd bet it's the sprocket.
