Hey guys!
I was just curious what do the machinests get for a bore job ? I don't wanna be overcharged
for something like this, it's new to me. Maybe while I got you all here you can determine if it's
actually gonna need it done. It's a cylinder on the "ZILLA" {incase you're wondering} at the
very bottom of the cylinder { I don't belive that the stroke comes close to it} theres
some pretty heavy score marks in it. Just in one little area, is this reason enough to bore
it to .080 over?Or should it be okay to run it as is ??

i would think it needs boring. u might be able to get away with it being honed, but it would be better if u get it bored. i wuld think it will cost about 80-100 to bore and labor costs. most dealerships charge about 45 just for 1hr of labor. and then u will probably want a piston that theyll make sure u buy from them for about 60 bucks.
ur lookin at about 140-160
