O-Ring or Non O-Ring for LT250r
#2
Im not to familiar with atv sprockets but SUNSTAR sprockets always worked great for me on my dirtbike and its not to different of an application. I also ran an o ring chain, but in a dated topic someone said o-ring chains somehow rob power? I personally would run o-ring just because its much less maintenance.

The o/ring is maintenance free and the non does require some or it won't last.
What I do to make my non/oring chain last is take it off between rides and especially if they have been long ones is to clean them with kerosene and then put it a five gallon container of used synthetic motor oil for a short period of time to let the oil soak in between all the pins, wipe it down, and it looks like new again.
Between oil dips I use honda HP pro chain lube.
