Vinson out of line?
#1
My Vinson drifts to the right. You can actually see the tires turned to the right when the handel bars are straight. I checked everything and nothing is bent so it must need a tie-rod adjustment right? I've never done this before so can someone give me some pointers?
Also, can someone tell me where I can get a manual for my Vinson? Is there a web site or something?

I "think" that Suzuki.com has manuals online. I "think" that's where I saw them. Maybe not.
You need to adjust the tie-rods. Usually there are a lot of quads with toe out. You'll probably need to adjust both tires to the left a little. I would start by measuring the distance between the two front tires. (in front of the tire) Then measure the back of the two tires. See what the difference is set at now. For toe-out someone would turn each side an equal amount. Adjusting the tires in. You might need to turn the rods an equal amount but both to the left. (adjusting the tires to left)
Really look everything over to make sure nothing is bent. (It wouldn't hurt to look again.)
You'll probably have to put a wrench on the flat spot and then loosen the locknuts. Adjust and then tighten the locknuts.
