You have to get thing's done to it first,Crank trued and welded,Port and Polish, twist throttle with microswitch, and wheelie bar, extended swing arm,new clutche's, V.P.c-18, race gas,PVL ignition to retard the timimng to prevent predetination from the higher rpm's,custom made alum intake,(rubber one's rip.),and a purging unit.Where to purchase one is at FAST BY GAST asking for Paul or Kevin 1-716-773-1536 GREAT guy's to deal with and will talk you through problem's.

I custom made mine from a Boysen rad valve, what I did was cut the cage off from the intake part, went to a machine shop that sell's aluminum 1/2" thick, blued it up ,laid out the pattern of the intake, took it to work and had a friend mill it and the intake then had another friend weld it up.Then to match the rubber version except with a spacer built in it,I had to fill the area where the intake meet's up with the cage with aluminum and I shaped the area to look like the rubber one.I had to hog out on the carb side to match the carb size of 44mm,then shape it into a rectangle hole on the otherside and blend it in like the rubber one then hog it out to match the custom "V" force cage Vito made me.

well, for having a stock zilla and putting NOS on a zilla would right now, blow your piston out ogf the bottom of the motor. If you ask me, putting NOS on a zilla, on any quad is a dumb idea. because every time you use NOS it burns the top of the piston just a little bit. And over time, lets say about 5 bottles of NOS, you will probably need to buy a new piston. Unless you do a bunch of strengthing things to the motor like ZukZilla550 said. I wouldnt be putting NOS on it. With all the hassels of hooking NOS up, and doing things to your motor, it isnt really woth it. I would rather just get performance parts and put those on for omse extra poneys. And the ponys you get from after market parts constantly give you power unlike NOS that only gives you power when you hit the button.

Lt249 good point's,That point you made about the piston burning, that's why I mentioned in my last post about the PVL ignition so you can retard the timing to prevent that.Another good point you made was on the aftermarket's,having NOS is nice but, you do have to strengthen the engine for it,and like you said the aftermarket's will keep it fast without the button.
